Sarah has been helping us to update our working practices and has made our business operating life so much easier and more efficient cant thank her enough great work girl and a pleasure to work with. We have during that period enjoyed her professionalism, punctuality, and most of all the ease she has in demonstrating how to use our computers to their maximum efficiency. Sarah has shown great skill in updating our computer management systems, whilst ensuring that we understand the processes she has created for us to modernise the way we work and operate our companies.

I have known Sarah for nearly 15 years and have had the pleasure of her working for me during this time. Sarah has carried out various roles for me from H&S and control, Contract management on a council contract, managing our accreditations, HR role and recently she managed to get us ISO 90001 accredited on the first attempt which was an incredible achievement. Sarah is a hard working and fastidious worker with an eye for detail on all aspects that she has done for us. Sarah retained by us on a sub contract basis to manage and maintain our accreditations and give HR advise on procedure and implementation. Sarah was fantastic in helping update our Terms and Conditions of Business and Privacy Policy. The documents were authored back in 2016 and needed to be rewritten to keep them compliant but also reflect large changes in how the business operated now compared to back when they were written. The task of doing this had been put off and pushed back over several years due to the perceived complexity of the job! When we started conversations with Sarah, it was clear that she knew exactly what we were going through and immediately put us at ease by explaining that this was a pretty typical situation for small businesses to find themselves in! After a couple of meetings to discuss process and job flow, she had overhauled the key sections that needed adjusting. A great result! Now, we are onto our second iteration of these documents as Sarah keeps in touch annually to ensure that any changes are reflected in the Ts and Cs.
