OUR SUCCESSFUL CASE STUDY

Our partnership with Designsalike Ltd commenced in 2020, with a focus on bolstering health and safety, staff training, and professional development. After a comprehensive evaluation of their office, shop, and printshop during a site visit, we collaboratively devised a structured action plan.
 
The initial phase encompassed a thorough health and safety site inspection and an assessment of their existing policies. The inspection’s findings underscored the necessity for an updated fire safety certificate, a comprehensive electrical assessment of the premises and equipment, and the revision of risk assessments. Furthermore, their health and safety policy underwent a meticulous review and enhancement.

Upon successfully ensuring health and safety compliance within the organisation, we were approached to conduct an audit of other compliance-related documents. This entailed a scrutiny of employment contracts, performance policies, and Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) training, prompted by a specific issue that emerged within the print team. In response, we developed a tailor-made training course that addressed the concerns, emphasised desired behaviours and resolutions, and promoted teamwork and collaboration.

Designsalike remains a cherished client, and we continue to perform annual audits of their compliance measures, conduct health and safety inspections, and maintain their documentation.
