Keychain

What is keychain

KeyChain is a supportive personal development programme designed to help people rebuild confidence, find hope, and take control of their lives; especially after difficult experiences like trauma, isolation, health struggles, or involvement with the justice system.

It gives people the emotional tools and mindset skills needed to cope with challenges, understand themselves better, and make positive life changes, one link at a time.

KeyChain was created with input from people who’ve lived through trauma and major life disruptions. It’s not about being told what to do, it’s about empowering people to choose their own next steps.
