The ISO Journey

Working with our consultants ( based on 2 meetings a month) It normally takes 12-18months to implement all the processes, procedures, policies and other documentation in readiness for Stage 1 of certification.

(if a client needs the ISO quicker than 12-18month timescale this can be organised)

Following the system completion at least 4 months of internal auditing of your system MUST be completed BEFORE Stage 1.

Stage 1 is an initial review of your management system that will be audited by an awarding body such as: BSI (British Standards Institute, QMS International).  Normally at this stage the auditing will find something to improve or a minor non-conformance.

Stage 2: Is the final audit.

Roots 4 Business Ltd are members of BSI, therefore are they preferred awarding body for certification.
